The Education department is looking for an intern to help with school groups, summer camps, planetarium programs, aquarium programs and much more.  If you enjoy working with children and the public, this position is right for you.  Qualifications: Must have completed at least 2 years of university study and experience working with children preferred.  Must pass background check administered by Museum.  Starting and ending dates are flexible.  This is an unpaid part-time position.

Business Development Intern

The South Florida Science Museum (SFSM) is searching for intern candidates interested in earning hours and furthering business skills by assisting the development department. The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously, file & organize items appropriately, showcase efficient data entry skills and provide administrative support for the Finance & Development Departments. QualificationsHigh school and college students, 17 years old and above. General office experience a plus. Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft and Quickbooks is preferred.                          Internship is non-paying and only limited to 15 hours minimum within a year. Schedule is flexible M-F and special perks like Museum membership are provided.
