Standard Membership Benefits

Membership Options
$20 Teacher
Standard museum benefits are restricted to teacher. Current school identification is required to receive discounted membership.
$50 Dual Explorers
All standard museum benefits for two adults at the same residence or one adult and one child (Ages 17 and under).
$70 Galaxy
Standard benefits apply for two adults and all children ages 17 and under living in the same household. Four one time passes for general admission, enrollment in our VIP birthday club for kids (birthday card and small gift are mailed during birthday month).
$70 Space Traveler
Grandparents receive standard benefits plus the ability to bring up to six grandchildren (age 17 and under). Grandchildren will be enrolled in our VIP birthday club (birthday card and small gift are mailed during birthday month).
$135 Kids Club ($65 upgrade from Galaxy or Space Traveler)
Kids Club is a special membership level designed just for kids! Kids Club members receive all of the standard benefits plus invitations to special VIP premieres of new exhibitions and planetarium shows, and family passes to three “scien-terrific” activities throughout the year.
$125-150 Young Friends and Families
Young Friends and Families of the South Florida Science Museum is a dynamic group of young professionals dedicated to furthering the museum’s educational mission. Members receive invitations to VIP previews of new exhibits and planetarium shows, as well as opportunities to attend social and networking events throughout the year. ($125 per individual, $150 per couple)
$250 Cygnus Constellation
Complimentary family membership plus invitations to our V.I.P. member previews.
$500 Centarus Constellation
All benefits listed above plus a behind the scenes tour of the Museum.
$1,000 Draco Constellation
All benefits listed above plus name recognition on Museum's donor wall and recognition on our annual report.
$2,500 Phoenix Constellation
All benefits listed above plus a private planetarium show (from select list) for up to 30 people.
$5,000 Orion Constellation
All benefits listed above, plus 2 complimentary tickets to our Annual Gala.
$10,000 Canis Major Constellation
All benefits listed above plus on screen recognition on our planetarium screen and donor plaque.
